**Special Courtesy for QP Club Members on Early Registration & Cancelation Policies for Retreats:
For Retreats ONLY: As a courtesy, AQR is giving our Club Members limited advanced registration (with limited room availability) prior to our Fall, Winter & Spring Retreats opening to the general public. This courtesy is NOT part of the standard Club Membership. Current Club Members will follow the same Retreat Policy as all Non-Club Guests except that Club Members receive a Reduced Non-Refundable Booking Fee of $125 (Non-Club guest is $175) on Retreats only. All timelines/deadlines will be followed per our established cancelation schedule. Payments can be made on Retreat registration after the initial non-refundable deposit is made. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to the event or registration will be canceled. Registration Information forms will also need completed to finalize registration for each event separately to ensure the information is current. Advanced Registration is for our members with an active membership only and membership must be be maintained and kept current throughout the year. AQR reserves the right to alter these conditions or withdraw this courtesy at any time, for any reason for any event or retreat. Our Full Retreat Policy including Cancelations can be found HERE. All Cancelations must be provided in writing via US Mail with postmark or via email at info@amysquiltroom.com
*Please note that Club Members follow the same policies as Non-Club Members for Classes, Special Events, Guest Speakers and all other events held at AQR.
