The goal of AQR’s Quiltapalooza™ Retreats are to provide a happy sewing place where you can sew all you want (without distractions) while you enjoying a the company of friends.  Whether you are finishing up UFOs, starting a new project, attending a demo, shopping or just mingling around the room socializing…. How you spend time at our Spring Quilting with Friends Retreat is completely up to you.  And of course, we always have a little “extra fun” thrown in because we just can’t help ourselves.   

Retreat Check in is Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at noon
Retreat Check out is Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 6pm

Our Spring Retreat Includes:

•       5 Days of sewing, 24 hours a day!
•       4 Lunches (Thursday – Sunday)
•       Sweet Treats buffet on one evening at Retreat
•       Retreat Souvenir
•       Optional Demos, Mini- Lectures & Workshops
•       Optional Chair Massage (one day of the retreat, additional fee applies)
•       On-Site Quilt Shop with lots of Goodies to Inspire you!
•       Individual Sewing Stations with comfy seating and plenty of room to sew.
•       Hours of uninterrupted sewing for the duration of the Retreat in the secure ballroom.

Staying at the hotel is optional and not included in the retreat fee.  A block of rooms had been set aside for our group.  The code will be shared via email to our registered guests.  Dinners are on your own but we have made arrangements with the facility to have a menu available for lunch on Wednesday, the day or arrival, and Dinner for any of the evenings in the dining room.  Breakfast is also on your own but is included in your hotel stay as a guest of our group. 

Registration will Open on Friday, October 14, 2022 and will close when sold out or on March 4, 2023

To Stay or not to Stay? 

That is totally up to you.  We have arranged for a Special Room Rate for our overnight guests  that includes breakfast and will allow quick access to our sewing area.  A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at a special rate of $99 (plus applicable taxes).  Reservation information will be provided after your Retreat registration is complete.  See All of the Details on our Retreat Site
