Quiltapalooza New Year Celebration Retreat!

Ring in the New Year with your quilting friends and family at AQR!!  Announced at our Summer Retreat, We welcome AQR's Quiltapalooza™ New Year Celebration Retreat to the line up of quilt retreats offered at Amy's Quilt Room.  

Join us for a new and unique experience as we put our flair on a New Year's Party that goes on for days and features our favorite past time, QUILTING!  This retreat will boast a New Years Eve Celebration with the opportunity to welcome a guest to our party (additional fee may apply) as well as a Traditional New Year's Day Lunch Buffet.  We won't stop there......

Our New Years Celebration Quiltapalooza™ Fee Includes:

• 4 Days of sewing, 24 hours a day!
• 3 Lunches (Sunday – Tuesday)
• Special New Year's Day Lunch Buffet on January 1 to help bring good luck for the new year. 
• A New Year's Eve Party with Savory Hors d'oeuvres, Sweet Treats & Champagne Toast at Midnight
• Watch the Ball drop on the Big Screen in the Ballroom
• Optional Guest Invitation for your Spouse to attend our New Year's Eve Party (additional fee applies)
• New Year's Celebration gear
• Special Quiltapalooza™ Retreat Souvenir
• Optional Games
• Individual 6-8' Sewing Station with comfy seating and plenty of room to sew.
• Ironing, Cutting Stations and Design boards are provided for use during retreat. 
• Hours of uninterrupted sewing for the duration of the Retreat in the secure ballroom. 

Staying at the hotel is optional and not included in the retreat fee.  A block of rooms had been set aside for our group.  The code will be shared via email to our registered guests.  Dinners are on your own.  The hotel does have a restaurant with a menu available for lunch on Wednesday, the day or arrival, and Dinner for any of the evenings in their dining room.  Breakfast is also on your own but is included in your hotel stay as a guest of our group.   Additional Fee for your Spouse as your guest at the New Year's Party is expected to be around $40.  Spouse Tickets will be offered after registration is completed and sent via email about 2 months prior to the event.
