Double Room is in the Solar House - Double Room can be either:
- (1) Double Bed and (1) Single Bed with a Bunk above it. (1st Floor)
- (1) Double Bed and with Single Beds in the Loft (2nd Floor)
Pre & Post Add On Days are available for this retreat and will be unlocked after the purchase of the base registration.

The goal of AQR's Quiltapalooza® Retreats are to provide a happy sewing place where you can sew all you want while you are enjoying the company of friends. Whether you are finishing up UFOs, starting a new project, taking a break with a walk in the outdoors on the beautiful retreat grounds or just mingling around the room socializing...... how you spend time at our Fall Retreat is completely up to you. And of course, we always have a little extra fun thrown in because we just can't help ourselves. Join us!
Our Ultimate Quiltapalooza® Base Retreat Fee Includes:
- 4 - 5 FULL Days of Sewing, 24 hours a day! (with the Option to add days to arrive early & stay later with the Pre & Post Options)
- ALL Meals - Continental Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (from dinner the day of arrival to breakfast the day of departure)
- 4 - 5 Nights of Comfortable Lodging at the Solar House – Each room includes bedding, towels (1 wash cloth, hand and bath/pp) and private bath.
- Individual Sewing Stations with comfy seating and plenty of room to sew.
- Hours of uninterrupted sewing for the duration of the Retreat in the secure sewing area.

This Registration is for DOUBLE Occupancy Room.
2 guests per room and price listed is per guest. Please indicate your roommate at time of registration.
Single Occupancy & Triple Occupancy Rooms are also available and can be purchased under separate registrations.
Want to Add Days to your Ultimate Quiltapalooza® Experience?
You must first commit to the Base Option. The Pre & Post Options will be Unlocked within 48-72 hours after your base registration is processed. The link will be sent to the email in which you registered so please use an email you have access to for all coorespondance regarding retreat. You are responsible for finding a Roommate for Double & Triple Rooms. If you need a roommate, please contact the shop and we may be able to pair you with someone if possible. Thank you!
Fall Retreat will be held at Laurelville Retreat Center in Mt. Pleasant, PA. This private, yet conveniently located retreat center is located about 24 miles from Uniontown or 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, in the foothills of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands. It is a convenient 15-minute drive off the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Registration includes a Non-Refundable Fee. Please review the Cancelation Policy is listed on the Quiltapalooza® Webpage.
