Triple Room is in the Solar House - Triple Room can be:

• (1) Double Bed with (2) Single Beds in the Loft (2^nd Floor).  Photos and a video are available to show this room type.

Stay & Sew is available to add on to your retreat and stay longer with us! Including this to your registration will extend your Retreat to Wednesday, September 1, 2027

Join your fellow quilters for a time of relaxation, sharing, and learning at AQR's Quiltapalooza® Ultimate Retreat!

The goal of AQR's Quiltapalooza® Retreats are to provide a happy sewing place where you can sew all you want while you are enjoying the company of friends. Whether you are finishing up UFOs, starting a new project, taking a break with a walk in the outdoors on the beautiful retreat grounds or just mingling around the room socializing......But for our Ultimate Retreat, we turn the excitement up to 11, as we include presentations from industry experts, leading pattern designers, the best fabric reps available from the top companies, as well as a slew of optional activities. There may not be enough time to do it all!!

Our Ultimate Quiltapalooza® Retreat Fee Includes:

• 6 FULL Days of Sewing, 24 hours a day! (with the Option to add days to stay later with the Stay & Sew Option) 
• ALL Meals - Continental Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (from dinner the day of arrival to breakfast the day of departure)
• 6 Nights of Comfortable Lodging at the Solar House – Each room includes bedding, towels (1 wash cloth, hand and bath/pp) and private bath.
• Individual Sewing Stations with comfy seating and plenty of room to sew.
• Hours of uninterrupted sewing for the duration of the Retreat in the secure sewing area.

This Registration is for TRIPLE Occupancy Room.  
3 guests per room and price listed is per guest.   Please indicate your roommate at time of registration.  

Single Occupancy & Double Occupancy Rooms are also available and can be purchased under separate registrations.  

Want to Extend your Ultimate Quiltapalooza® Experience? 
Consider including the Stay & Sew package onto your Ultimate Retreat. This will extend your time with us, as instead of checking out by 10am on Monday, August 30th, your new checkout date will be Wednesday, September 1st! This can be added on at any point, either at the same time or after you commit to our Ultimate Retreat. 

Where are we Staying?
Ultimate Retreat will be held at Laurelville Retreat Center in Mt. Pleasant, PA.   This private, yet conveniently located retreat center is located about 24 miles from Uniontown or 45 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, in the foothills of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands.  It is a convenient 15-minute drive off the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
