| Details: | With the holiday season quickly approaching, we have decided to offer a special shopping day in our classroom with our friend and special guest, Tim Watkins of Watkins Sewing Machine Service. We are excited to welcome Tim back to our shop for this special event. He has been a speaker at several of our events through the years and offers so much knowledge from his nearly 40 years experience. A seasoned sewing machine mechanic, Tim is a wonderful friend to have around when your machine doesn't want to play nice or just needs a spa day. If you haven't already met him, this special event is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about what he does so well. Tim's Pop-Up Shop will be located in AQR's classroom and will feature products from his shop. He will also be offering Scissor Sharpening onsite, as time allows, for $5/pair, but will also accept drop-offs that will be returned at a later date. Additionally, if your sewing machine needs a spa day (a.k.a. serviced) or repaired, Tim is your guy! You are welcome to drop off your machine prior to Tuesday, but please have it at our shop by 5 PM the day of this event so it can be included in this round of machines going for service. Lastly, AQR will be offering products from our shop at special pricing during this event. This will be a kick off to our AQR's Favorite Things that starts on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Don't miss this opportunity to meet Tim and shop all of the products that we will have on display for this special 1-Day Event! Our Quilty Pleasures Club Members will have an opportunity to shop at 10 AM |
