Quilters Rule - Liquid Vinyl

Maybe it is a tool that we haven't used enough or a new one that is just hit the market - we will explore them all with our great series by featuring one a month.
In May, Join Shari to learn all about the Heat n Bond Liquid Vinyl product, how to use it and then apply what you learned by making this small water resistant bag.
Finished Size: Approx. 7" x 9" and will be water-resistant when completed.
