| What is the difference between a Quiltapalooza® Retreat, Quiltapalooza® Event and Quiltapalooza®Lite? |
AQR's Quiltapalooza® Quilt Retreats allow for lots of time on your own to work on the projects of your choice. These are held at an offsite location and provide the perfect setting for days of sewing, relaxing and meeting new friends.
AQR's Quiltapalooza® Events are structured workshops with Guest Instructors that feature a project or new skill to learn. They perfectly combined classroom with the Instructor and eventing on your own sewing time to apply what you have learned. These are also held at an offsite location for a multi-day learning experience to remember.
AQR's Quiltapalooza® Lites are held at in our educational center off our quilt shop with a small group of guests. (12-14 max). There is not a specific project unless specified in the listings so our guests have day of sewing on the projects of their choice AND access to the shop after hours.

| Is there a quilt project that everyone works on at retreat? |
No, our Quiltapalooza® Quilt Retreats do not have specific projects. The time spent at retreat is for what you want to work on so bring the projects of your choice and get those UFO's or new projects finished.

| Are there Demos at retreat? |
Sometimes, but the are optional. See the retreat listing for the specifics and if any are planned.

| Do you have machine rental? |
Yes, we do offer machine rentals for our guests traveling to the area. Limited number of rentals available, please email us at info@amysquiltroom.com to make a machine rental reservation. Fee may apply.

| What happens after I register? |
After you register, you will get an email with our receipt. We will email you at the email provided at registration 45-60 days prior to retreat to request more information.
Please provide a good email and phone contact at the time of Registration. Emails will be our primary contact with you as we get closer to the event. Additional Registration Information including event options, a packing list and what to expect at retreat will be sent to your email with a form to return 45-60 days prior to the event.

| I am traveling to the area early and need pre or post lodging, where should I stay? |
Depending on the event you are attending, you can either extend your stay at the venue or use one of our local partners for your pre or post stay. (See the Bottom of this page for our partners)
