Sulky Tender Touch is a lightweight, iron-on, permanent stabilizer. Ideal to "Cover-a-Stitch" to protect sensitive skin from scratchy stitches. It can also be used as a preparation for delicate fabrics such as silk or satin to help prevent shredding or distortion while embroidering.
