Team AQR has been working hard to bring our guests the Ultimate Quiltapalooza® Experience in August 2026.
We have combined all of the delights of our Quilt Retreats, Events & Lites to provide an experience like no other.
There will still be lots of time for you to work on the projects of your choosing, but we are going to include an educational element with learning opportunities, plus some fun and games to make this the ultimate retreat playground for quilters of all skill levels.

Our Quiltapalooza® Ultimate Experience will be held at Laurelville Retreat Center. We will be lodging in the Solar House and Sewing in the NEW building, The Gathering Place.

This it how it works......
We have designed a retreat that allows you to choose what works best for your needs and schedule.
Our Pre, Base & Post Options let you can pick the length of your Ultimate Experience, each offering something a little different.
We have outlined each of the options available in brief below but in order to start the registration process, you will need to purchase the base first. Then you will have Full access to the all of the information on each option and registration to add on to your retreat experience.

First step is to get registered for the Base Retreat.

Thursday, August 20th at 4pm, Stay until Monday, August 24th at 10am
THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTS!
We know not everyone can or wants to retreat for a long time so while you might not be here for a long time, we know you are coming for a good time! And that is exactly what the Base is all about. It's a wonderful combination of on your own sewing time, optional talks, demos and other activities that will keep you engaged. Your registration also includes optional participation in our exclusive Mystery Quilt designed by Amy for this retreat, Retreat Swag, as well as a mix of new surprises throughout your stay.
This is a great place to start, and you can always upgrade your experience to include the pre and post options.
